摘要
目的观察经筋透刺并刺络拔罐治疗周围面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将80例周围面神经麻痹患者随机分为经筋透刺并刺络拔罐治疗组(48例),与对照组(32例)比较,评估急性期、静止期和后遗症期的疗效。结果治疗组治愈率89.58%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论经筋透刺并刺络拔罐治疗周围面神经麻痹疗效较好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of in penetration needling combing with acupuncture cupping cup in treatment of idiopathic facial palsy. Methods 80 cases with idiopathic facial palsy were randomly allocated to trial group（48 cases） and controlled group（ 32 cases）. And the two group patients were divided into acute stage ,stable stage, and complicate stage and the efficacy was observed. Results The effcicy of trial group is 89.55 %, which were much higher than those in controls 75.00%. Conclusions This study showed that the penetration needling combing with acupuncture cupping cup appeared effective in idiopathic facial palsy.
