摘要
目的研究常见灭鼠药中毒的临床特点,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾分析103例急性灭鼠药中毒患者的临床表现及治疗效果。结果95例抢救成功,8例死亡。结论对灭鼠药中毒的救治重在预防、早期诊断、早期治疗、防治各种并发症,能有效降低致死率。
Objective To study the clinical feature of acute rodenticide poisoning and enhance understanding of the disease. Methods The clinical signs and treatment measures of 103 patients with acute rodenticide poisoning were analyzed retrospectively. Results 95 patients were survived,8 patients were died. Conclusions The most important work is to prevent the poisoning, The early diagnosis and treatment, and the preventing of complications can effectively reduce the mortality rate.
