摘要
介绍乐池升降台的一种结构方案设计,该设备结构在特定的建筑条件及使用功能要求下构成,其中对大型结构组焊件的刚度及关键传动部件空心丝杠的强度利用有限元分析工具进行了受力及变形计算,根据计算结果改进完善了设备,使其安全可靠地满足功能需要。
A structure design for orchestra lift is presented. The structure is assembled under specific architectural conditions and special functional needs. Stiffness and strength of the giant welded structure are predicted by using finite element analysis method. Meanwhile the load state and deformation of a critical drive component the hollow lead screw is simulated by numerical model. According to the results, the structure design is improved to satisfy the work demands safely and reliably.
