摘要
以圆柱直齿轮温挤压数值模拟为例,从两个方面分析金属塑性成形数值模拟的系统缺陷及成因,并提出解决办法,对类似的数值模拟有一定的参考价值。
Through the example of numerical simulation for spur gear with warm extrusion, the system defects and their causes are analyzed in two aspects; the solutions are advanced in this paper at the same time. It has some guidance significance in the practical case.
