摘要
节气门位置传感器的主要任务是感知节气门开度的大小,把节气门开度信号转变成电信号送入ECU,ECU根据此信号发出指令控制发动机的转速。如果节气门位置传感器调整不当,将对汽车的使用性能造成一定的影响,笔者根据修理厂保养丰田皇冠3.0小轿车的实践体会,分析故障的根源找到排除故障的方法。
The main task of shutter displacement sensor is to feel the opening of the shutter. It transforms the opening information to electrical information for the ECU. And according to it, the ECU controls the rotate speed of the engine. If the shutter is misplaced, it will affect the functional performance of the car. The author learnt a lot in maintaining a Crown 3.0, Toyota from his experience in an automobile repair plant, and wrote down some ways telling how to solve these problems.
