摘要
由于高功率微波(HPM)武器的应用和电子系统的复杂化,通信系统中大功率发射和高灵敏度接收的需要,无源互调(PIM)问题变得日益突出。首先简要介绍了PIM测量系统的特点和基础的测量方法;其次,分析了WCDMA系统中某发射频段内的PIM效应,并计算了有主要影响的三阶互调频率;最后采用反射测量法给出了WCDMA二端口无源互调测量系统框架和相应的参数说明。
The application of high power microwave weapons and the complication of electronic systems, the demand of high power transmitter and high sensitivity receiver,make the problems of passive intermodulation become more important. In this paper, the measure method and the characteristic of passive intermodulation measure system are described. Then, the PIM effect in transmitted frequency of WCDMA system is analyzed and third order PIM frequency is calculated. At last,measure frame and parameter elucidation of WCDMA two ports PIM system is given by adopting reflected measurement.
