摘要
从构造一个高性能网络嗅探器的角度,介绍了网络嗅探器的基本工作原理,提出了一种基于NDIS中间层驱动程序的网络嗅探器的设计思想,并给出其实现的关键技术和设计框架,他由数据包捕获及过滤实现模块和应用层包处理模块组成。该网络嗅探器适用于Windows 2000平台下网络通道上所有数据包的嗅探。
To implement a network sniffer of high performance,this paper introduces the ultimate principles of sniffer, and presents a design thought of network sniffer based on Network Device Interface Specification（NDIS） intermediate drivers and introduces the key technologies and the design frame. The network sniffer include two modules,the one is packet capturing and filtering module, and the other is application data packet processing module. The developed network sniffer can be used to sniff all the packets on Windows 2000 platform.
