摘要
目的调查我院抗菌素使用情况，为抗菌素的合理使用与管理提供科学依据。方法2006年度从住院病人的960份病历中随机抽取120份调查抗菌素使用情况。结果抗菌素使用率为92．5％，抗菌素的联用率为75．8％，使用抗菌素情况有一定比重。结论应积极采取有效干预措施，合理正确使用抗菌素，切实加强抗菌素的应用管理。
Objective To analyse the antibacterial medicine usage in order to provide scientific foundation for the reasonal usage and management.Method To analyse 120 medical record sampled at random of the inpatient form 960 medical record of the inpatient form 2006. Result The usage rate of the antibacterial medicine is 92.5%, The occupating coefficient of the antibacterial medicine is 75.8%. Conclusion We should take all the precautions to make use of antibacterial medicine reasonally and strengthen the management of antibacterial medicine.
