摘要
目的评价布托啡诺在人工流产术中的效果及安全性。方法将门诊行人工流产术的患者40例，随机分为布托啡诺组（B组，n=20）和高乌甲素组（L组，n=20）。于会阴冲洗完毕时，B组用1mg布托啡诺，L组用8mg高乌甲素，两组均复合丙泊酚静脉注射，术中当病人出现体动时，即追加20～40mg丙泊酚以维持适当麻醉深度。术中监测并记录BP、HR以及SpO2，并观察不良反应。结果两组麻醉用药及苏醒时间有显著性差异，B组用药量较L组少（P〈0．05），但术后苏醒较慢（P〈0．05）；两组的注射静脉痛、体动反应及脉搏血氧饱和度下降等不良反应有显著性差异（P〈0．01），B组不良反应发生率较L组低。结论布托啡诺可安全、有效地用于人工流产术。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of artificial abortion with butorphanol. Methods Fourty patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were randomized to two groups：Img butorphanol and 1.5mg/kg propofol （GroupB , n=20） or 8mg lappaconitine and 1.5mg/kg propofol（GroupL, n=20） were administered respectively. Bolus propofol 20-40mg was added when the patient moved during the operation, Intraoperative heart rate, blood pressure and satisfaction were monitored. Observe and recorded side effects. Results Total comsumption of propofol was less in Group B than that in Group L（P〈0. 05）,but the time of waking was longer in Group B （P〈0. 05）.The occurrence rate of side effects was less in Group B than that in Group L（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Artificial abortion with butorphanol was safe and effective.
