摘要
目的探讨自体球结膜移植与丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法常规作翼状胬肉切除后，先用0．4mg／ml丝裂霉素C棉片贴敷3分钟，后用生理盐水冲洗干净，再取自体球结膜移植，覆盖巩膜暴露区。结果术后观察6～24个月，手术36眼，复发3眼（8．33％）。结论自体球结膜移植与丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉可以有效降低翼状胬肉术后的复发率。
Objective To investigate the effects of autologus bulbar conjunctiva transplantation combined mitomycin C application for the treatment of ptergium. Methods After cut of pterygium, the sclera was covered by a tampon with 0.4mg/ml mitomycin C for 3 minutes and washed by physical solution, then autologus bulbar conjuntiva was transplanted to the area. Result After 6-24 months, for all the 36 eyes, pterygium recurred in 3 eyes（8.33%）.Conclusion Autologus bulbar conjunctiva transplantation combined mitomycin C application can effectively prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
