摘要
因注汽不同阶段和不同井况受力情况的改变,油田常用的热敏封隔器在注汽过程中常出现移动、断脱、失效,甚至导致管柱变形。因此,笔者分析了热敏封隔器在井中注汽前、注汽中、注汽后的受力情况,并给出了其最佳受力设计,使热敏封隔器真正起到密封作用,保证了注汽效果,避免发生井下事故。
Heat-sensitive packer often moves,breaks,fails,or even leads to string deformation during steam injection process because of the changing of force summing in different wells and different phases.This paper analyzes force summing on heat-sensitive packer before,during and after steam injection and gives the optimum design of force summing,thus ensuring the sealing function of the packer and steam injection effect,and avoiding downhole accident.
