摘要
应用光泵连续太赫兹源,借助自行开发的基于图像处理技术的Visual C++.NET程序,利用阵列焦热电相机,实现了1.63THz(184.31μm)70mW连续太赫兹的实时透射成像.研制实验装置,拓宽了连续太赫兹波的成像范围,发挥了面阵成像的速度优势,提高了成像效果,对纸币透射成像进行了实验.
A real-time transmission imaging system has been demonstrated by experiments operating at 1.63 THz (184.31 μm), 70 mW. This terahertz laser imaging system was designed with an optically-pumped continuouswave THz laser, an enhanced pyroelectric array camera, and a Visual C ++. NET program based on image processing technique. It has the advantages of high speed, broad imaging range and high definition. The transmission imaging of bank notes was realized.
