摘要
采用内电解技术对城市污水处理厂出水进行深度处理,研究了pH值、废水在反应器中的停留时间等因素对处理效果的影响,并采用增加催化剂的措施提高了工艺的处理效果,解决了板结问题.试验结果表明,污水处理厂二级出水经内电解法处理后,脱色率可达90%以上,TP去除率可达90%左右,CODcr去除率也可达60%左右,内电解技术是一种经济高效的城市污水二级处理出水深度处理技术.
Abstract-The internal electrolysis used in the advanced treatment of secondary effluent from municipal wastewater treatment plant proves good. And the study and the analysis of influencing factors of pH and the residential time of the wastewater in the reactor produce a beneficial effect. Furthermore, the catalyst added to the reactor improves the treatment effects and resolves the hardening problem. The results show that it can remove more than 90% color, about 90%TP and 60% CODcr. The internal electrolysis is an economical and effective technique for treating effluent from municipal wastewater treatment plant.
