摘要
用国产载脂蛋白（ａｐｏ）Ａ１、Ｂ免疫比浊试剂盒和生化自动分析仪，按照美国西北脂类研究实验室（ＮＷＬＲＬ）制定的国际ａｐｏＡ１、Ｂ参考材料靶值转移方案进行三期实验考核，结果证实从国际参考材料的靶值转移到本室制备的参考血清（Ｎｏ．９６０７０１）后，本室参考血清和检测系统保持良好的准确度和精密度。ＮＷＬ－ＲＬ提供的４０份血清ａｐｏＡ１、Ｂ测定结果与其靶值相比较，相关系数分别为０．９９３和０．９９５，平均绝对偏差为１．７％和３．１％，达到方案规定的合格标准，获得了ＮＷＬＲＬ颁发的ＷＨＯ－ＩＦＣＣａｏｐＡ１、Ｂ国际标准靶值转移合格证书。
Using apolipoprotein A1、B immunoturbidimetric kit made in our country and autoanalyzer, we completed the eualuation of three phase experiments according to the North West Lipid Research Laboratory (NWLRL) protocol for target value transfer of WHO IFCC apoA1、B reference materials. The result confirmed that our reference serum(No. 960701) and determination system had perfect accuracy and precision after transfering aopA1、B target values from the WHO IFCC reference materials to in house calibrator. Our results compared with WHO IFCC target values on 40 serum samples, the correlation coefficents were 0 993 and 0 995 respectively and the average bias were 1 7% and 3 1% The apoA1、B values of our serum calibrator were proved to be traceable to the WHO IFCC international reference materials.
