摘要
本试验研究了不同保鲜剂配方对切花月季品种"黑魔术"(Black Magic)的保鲜效果,主要测定了鲜重、花蕾直径、叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性和花瓣细胞膜透性等生理指标。结果表明,C配方(5%S+200 mg/L8-HQC+25 mg/L STS+350 mg/L CoCl2.6H2O)对延缓切花月季衰老的效果最佳。
This paper reported the effects of different vase solutions on the vase life of cut rose（Black Magic）.We determinded,fresh weight,the diameter of flower bud,chlorophyll content,the activity of catalase and membrane permeability.The results indicated the best prescription of extented vase life of cut rose was C（5 % S＋200 mg/L 8-HQC＋25 mg/L STS＋350 mg/L CoCl2·6H2O） treatment.
