双标图在蓖麻区域试验产量分析中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 运用AMMI模型,结合双标图(biplot)对2004~2005年云南省蓖麻品种区域试验各承试点的平均产量结果进行分析。结果表明:在参试品种(系)中,淄蓖3号为高产但不稳产,TCO-202和6052为高产稳产型,品种A133、20031为稳产但不高产;AMMI模型是具体、直观、有效地综合评价蓖麻品种(系)的一种方法。 AMMI model,Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction Model combined with the biplot was applied to estimate the average yield of castor in regional test in 2004-2005 in Yunnan province.According to the result,Zibi.3 had a higher but less stable yield,TCO-202 and 6052 had a higher and stabler yield,A133 and 20031 had a lower but stabler yield.The results indicated that AMMI model was a material,intuitionistic and effective method that estimated castor cultivars(lines).
