摘要
采用仿真实验方法对直线度测量的采样方案进行了研究。仿真结果表明:直线度测量的最佳采样间距与被测对象的精度无关,只与其尺寸大小有关,并与尺寸的增大成阶跃关系。在三坐标测量机上对仿真推论进行了验证性测试实验,初步实验结果验证了该推论的正确性。最后讨论了研究过程中存在的问题及下一步研究的设想。
The sampling program in straightness measurement was investigated by a simulation experimental method. The simulated results show that the optimal sampling interval is only relative with the size of measured object and is independent of its evaluation of accuracy, and with the increase of the size of object, the optimal sampling interval will increase in the form of step. The testing experiments were carried out on a CMM to validate the inference from simulation, and the correctness of the inference was validated by preliminary results. Finally, the existing problems in the research and ideas about further study were discussed.
