摘要
采用双向测量法分别进行弧齿锥齿轮精加工机床空转和切削状态的主轴振动测试。结果表明,弧齿锥齿轮铣齿加工系统空运转状态和铣削状态传动误差特性存在明显差异,周期性断续铣削产生冲击振动,动态效应对传动精度影响显著。用动静统一法研究动态铣削过程的传动精度更切合实际,能全面真实地反映动态铣削过程的传动误差。
The vibration of the curve-tooth bevel gear engine bed dynamic cutting process is analyzed and tested. The main axle vibrates are tested under curve-tooth bevel gear processing finishing tooth operation condition and the cutting condition by bidirectional mensuration. The result indicated that there are characteristics between gear milling the cutting system spatial operating condition and the cutting condition transmission error. The periodicity off and on cuts has the impact vibration, and the tradition system performance complication. Dynamic effect to transmission precision influence remarkable, is more realistic with the sound of something astir unification method research dynamic cutting process transmission precision, embarks from the sound of something astinmified viewpoint, can comprehensively really reflect the dynamic cutting process the transmission error.
