摘要
以不同芳香族化合物为原料,用改进的方法合成了羧基药物的荧光检测探针即三种芳香重氮甲烷类化合物:邻羟基苯重氮甲烷。
The compounds containing carboxylic groups may easily be derivatized in HPLC and GC or combined GC MS method by aromatic diazomethanes in supermicro analytic chemistry.In this paper,1 pyrenyldiazomethane,9 anthryldiazomethane and salicyldiazomethane were synthesized by our modified synthetic methods that took place via four steps with preparation of aromatic aldehydes and aromatic aldehyde hydrazine,where o , p hydroxyl phenylaldehydes were prepared by the reaction between phenol and chloroform using base with PTC,ultrasonic waves or β cyclodextrin.These diazomethane compounds may be used as the fluorescent labeling reagents for liquid chromatographic determination of carboxylic acids and amino acids and peptides.
