介绍了真空钎焊技术的基本原理及其在气相色谱仪气路部件加工中的应用。重点阐述了焊接件的接头强度、搭边长度、接头公差、限流机制、零件定位等关键因素的设计要求,简单介绍了真空钎焊技术的焊接工艺,提出了一套可行的工艺流程。
The basic principle of vacuum braze and its application in manufacturing gas chromatograph are described. The joint strength, joining length, joint tolerance, flow-limiting mechanism, parts orientation are discussed emphatically. The brazing technology is introduced briefly and a feasible technological procedure for vacuum braze is presented.
