摘要
荧光光谱检测技术已广泛用于有机物的定性和定量分析,取得了良好的效果。本文介绍了荧光光谱法的检测原理和检测系统的组成。采用该荧光检测系统在激发波长300~550nm、发射波长310~710nm处检测了茶饮料的荧光光谱,通过对荧光光谱的分析,建立了主要成分的荧光光谱特征数据库。该方法有助于解决市场上真假茶饮料的质量鉴别问题。
The basic principle and configuration of a self-made fluorescence spectroscopic system are described. Fluorescence spectra of tea beverages were measured with this instrument using three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopic technique. The excitation wavelength was 300-550nm and the emission wavelength was 310 - 710nm. The fluorescence fingerprints of main components in tea beverages were obtained through analyzing their chemical structures. The method is helpful for identifying true and false tea beverages on markets.
