摘要
介绍了微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中六种金属元素(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni)的一种快速简便方法。该方法的特点是消解后不用赶酸,可直接定容、分析。同时探讨了容器材质、火焰法、石墨炉法及基体改进剂对测定结果的影响。实验结果表明,该方法在分析土壤标准样品中上述六种元素时,除个别样品中的个别元素外,测定结果与保证值基本符合,且重复性好,适合于土壤中金属元素的例行分析和研究。
A fast and simple method to determine six metal elements (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni) in soil samples by microwave digestion-AAS is presented. The advantage of the method is that the acid does not need to be removed after digestion and samples are analyzed directly. The influences of container material, flame method, graphite furnace method and matrix modifier on measurement were studied. The results of the method showed good repeatability and agreed with guaranteed values basically except individual element in specific samples.
