敌百虫与喹硫磷混配剂对水稻三化螟的毒力及防治效果

Toxicity and control effect of trichlorfon and quinalphos mixture against yellow stem borer [Scirpophaga incertulas (walker)]

摘要 室内使用敌百虫与喹硫磷混配对水稻三化螟毒力测定表明,增效作用明显,以配方C的毒力最高,共毒系数达398.10。据此研制了35%敌·喹乳油EC,田间试验防治三化螟效果良好,每667m^2不同剂量的保苗、保穗、杀虫作用80mL依次为71.33%~74.05%、66.01%~66.17%和72.15%~75.50%:100mL依次为84.75%~96.36%、76.41%~90.93%和80.58%~83.52%;120mL依次为89.54~96.36%、81.67%~95.86%和87.08%~89.42%,该混配剂对高等动物的毒性较低,有较好的安全性。 Laboratory bioassay were conducted to evaluate the co-toxicity co-effieiency (CTC)of a seris of mixiture of trichlorfon and quinalphos against yellow rice borer (YRB).The CTC were193.18,343.46 and 398.10. According to the maximun of proper proportion of trichlorfon to quinalphos a synergisticuly mixture 35% EC formulation was manufactured.Fields experiment the compound was highly effective in controlling YRB.At an application dosage of 80mL/667m^2,the efficacy were 71.33%-74.05%.66.01%-66.17% and72.15%-75.50%, respectively in terms of dead heart,white head of rice and mortality of larva.Application dosage100mL/667m^2,84. 75%-96.36%.76.41%-90.93% and 80.58%-83.50%,respectively.Application dosage 120mL/667m^2,89.54-96.36%. 81.67%-95.86% and 87.08%-89.42% ,respectively.This mixture is lower toxicity to mammals than quinalphos and triazophos.
