摘要
政府绩效信息问题是构建政府绩效评估系统的基础。因此,加强对政府绩效信息问题的研究,逐步构建起政府绩效信息系统,将决定我国政府绩效评估系统建设能否进入一个实质性的发展阶段。
The government performance information problem is the basis of setting up the government performance measurement system.Therefore, strengthening the study of government performance information and building the government performance measurement system gradually decides whether our government measurement system construction can run into a substantive development stage.
