摘要
目的评价高聚金葡素联合参芪片对乳腺癌新辅助化疗CAF的减毒作用。方法治疗组行CAF方案化疗期间给予高聚金葡素联合参芪片辅助治疗,对照组给予利血生、鲨肝醇治疗。分别观察2次化疗后第1天消化道反应。体力状况,心电图变化,观察化疗前、化疗后第14、21、24天白细胞、血小板计数及血红蛋白含量的变化。测定化疗前、化疗后第122、4天外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8。结果化疗后治疗组每次白细胞、血小板平均计数、血红蛋白含量较对照组高(P<0.05)。外周血CD3、CD4、细胞百分比、CD4/CD8比值较化疗前均有升高。且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。疲乏感病例数少,在第2次化疗后,发生心动过速、早搏或心电图ST-T段改变的病例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高聚金葡素联合参芪片辅助治疗对新辅助化疗CAF所引起的骨髓抑制、心脏毒性具有恢复作用,且有增强免疫功能的作用。
Objective To estimate the effects of highly agglutinative staphlococcin（ HAS） combined with Shenqi tablets on reducing the toxity of CAF（CTX,EPIANDS-Fu） regimen in brexst cancer.Methods Eighty-six cases breast cancer histologically proved from fine needle aspiration were divided into treatment group and control group randomly with 43 patients in each group, Treatment group received HAS combined Shenqt tablets,and control group received leucosonura combined with Batilol tablets during the2 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with CAF regiments, Toxity of tigestive tract, perfotrmance status and EKG change were measured boforeand at the d14,d21,d24 aftemeoadjuvant chemotherapy, The value of C193, CD4, C.Ds, CD4/CD8 were detemaied before and at the d12, d24 after neondjuvant chemotherapy. Results After each cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, white blood cell, hetnoglobine and platelet were mueh higher in the uentmeat group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）, The value of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were much higher in the uealment ftoup than in the centrol group（ P 〈 0.05） patients with fatigue were fewer in the treatment group than in the control group,After the 2nd eyele of necadiuvant ehelmotherapy, fewer atthythman, abuetmality of ST segment er T wave on EKG took place in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.05） ,lu the treatment group, after completed neoadjuvant ehemothetapy all underwent planned operatien in time, Wbereas only 12 eases in the control group underwent opexation as planning, Operatiens of the temainder of 31 eases wete delayde for 10-15 daya due to obvious side-effects. Conclusion HAS combined wjth Shenqi tablets could teduee the extent of bone mattew inhibition in breast eaneew and make the optmtion as planning in time.
