污泥超声破解的最佳超声频率选择 被引量:12

摘要 超声破解是促进污泥厌氧消化的一项新技术,超声频率选择直接影响污泥破解效率和能耗.以污泥溶解性化学需氧量增加值和平均粒径为参数,通过多种低频超声破解污泥试验,得出最佳超声频率和组合方式.同时用热敏探头法分别测量蒸馏水和污泥中、不同超声频率下声强沿超声波反应器换能器轴线的分布,得出最强声强的超声频率为28 kHz. Ultrasonic disintegration is a new technology to accelerate anaerobic digest of waste activated sludge Ultrasonic frequency is an important parameter to influence disintegration degree of waste activated sludge and energy consume. To assess the effect of low frequencies on ultrasonic waste activated sludge disintegration, multl-frequency experiments were carried out and analyzed with the increase of soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD+) and the average floc size of waste activated sludge as parameters. It was concluded that the optimum ultrasonic frequency or frequency combination was found. Simultaneously, ultrasonic intensity of different frequencies was measured along the axes of transducer of reactor in distilled water and waste activated sludge with the method of thermosensitive probe. The ultrasonic frequency with the largest ultrasonic intensity was 28 kHz.
