摘要
研究了不溶性腐殖酸对六价铬的吸附作用。进行了反应接触时间、pH值、IHA投加量、光照条件、温度等对反应的影响研究,确定了最佳反应条件,同时应用未处理的腐殖酸进行对比研究,说明不溶性腐殖酸的作用效果。试验表明在反应接触时间60 min、pH值为7左右、不溶性腐殖酸投加量为5 g/L和Cr(Ⅵ)的质量浓度为5.36 mg/L的条件下,不溶性腐殖酸对铬离子去除可达95%,比未处理的腐殖酸对铬离子去除提高近1倍。并绘制了不溶性腐殖酸对铬离子的反应动力学曲线和吸附等温线。
The adsorption of hexavalent chromium by insolubilized humic acid was investigated.The effects of reaction time,pH value,dosage of insolubilized humic acid,illumination condition,temperature on the reaction were studied,and the optimal reaction conditon was determined,meanwhile,the treatment effect by the insolubilized humic acid was compaired with that by the untreated humic acid.The results of the test showed that,when the reaction time was 60 min,the pH value was 7,the dosage of insolubilized humic acid was 5 g/L,the mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) was 5.36 mg/L,the removal rate of chromium ions by the insolubilized humic acid could reach 95%,which was almost 2 times the removal rate by the untreated humic acid.Besides,the kinetic curves and adsorption isotherm curves of chromium ions affected by insolubilized humic acid were drawn.
