摘要
通过对微生物生化反应机理及SBR反应器热平衡分析,建立了啤酒废水被生物降解时所产生热量的数学模型、反应器内水体吸收太阳辐射热的数学模型、反应器器壁的热量传递数学模型、反应器水面散发热量的数学模型。应用上述模型对拉萨啤酒厂污水站SBR反应器的热平衡进行实际计算,计算所得反应器内水体温度为19.8℃,与实测结果基本吻合。该研究结果对青藏高原以及北方地区的废水治理有一定的借鉴作用。
Through the analysis of the mechanism of microbial biochemical reaction and the heat balance of SBR reactor,the mathematical models of the heat gain from beer wastewater biodegradation,the solar radiation absortion by the water in the reactor,the heat transfer of the wall of the reactor,the water surface heat dissipation of the reactor were established.The heat balance of the SBR reactor in the wastewater treatment plant of Lhasa brewery Co.,Ltd.was calculated using the above models,the accounting water temperature in the reactor was 19.8 ℃,which was basically identical with the result of the practical measurement.The said research results provided some reference for the wastewater treatment in Qing-tibet altiplano and even whole north China.
