Analysis of flow patterns of activated sludge process in wastewater treatment

摘要 阐述了活性污泥法的两种流态,分析比较了推流式和完全混合式曝气池的池型、曝气方式、水力特征、各自的特点和存在问题、反应内在规律、去除率、适用水质等,从理论上证明了同样的污水水质若达到同样的处理效果,则推流式曝气池的动力学负荷、体积处理负荷均大于完全混合式;推流式曝气池需氧量小于完全混合式;推流式曝气池比完全混合式曝气池经济。  Two flow patterns of acitvated sludge process were described,the shape of plug flow aeration tank and complete-mixing aeration tank,as well as their aeration means,hydraulic characteristics,existing problems,inherent laws of reaction,removal rate,applicable water quality and so on were analyzed and compaired.It was theoretically proved that,when the quality of the wastewater which will be treated were the same and the enfluent water quality were also the same,plug flow aeration tank had better kinetic loading and volume loading than complete-mixing aeration tank,and its oxygen demand was less,so it could draw a conclusion that,plug flow aeration tank was more oecumenical than complete-mixing aeration tank.
