摘要
目的探讨经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)应用于胃肠外营养。方法通过对我科33例应用PICC进行长期静脉营养患者的观察,分析常见并发症发生原因及处理方法。结果PICC能满足长期胃肠外营养,并发症少。结论PICC为静脉营养支持的良好途径,而专业的护理可延长PICC使用时间,减少患者费用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using peripherally inserted central catheterization （PICC） in parenteral nutrition （PN）. Methods A total of 33 patients who received PICC for long-term intravenous nutrition were enrolled and observed. The common complications and their causes and management were analyzed. Result The long-term parenteral nutrition of these patients were well maintained with few complications. Conclusion PICC provides a satisfactory way for intravenous nutritional support, and professional care can extend PICC time and reduce costs.
