摘要
介绍了某型号火箭弹复合材料定向管的成型工艺技术。文中着重讨论了定向管内表面带有赋旋槽的湿法连续缠绕成型技术和定向管内表面对火箭弹尾气流烧蚀及冲刷的防护技术。试验结果均符合设计要求。
This paper presented the forming process technology for the composite material direction tube of a type of rocket. Discussion focuses on the continuous wet winding forming technology for the inner surface with spiral groove of the direction tube and the protection technology against ablation ＆ abrasion caused by jet exhaust of the rocket. The test result show the result correspond with prediction desingn.
