摘要
目的观察不同磁场对乳腺增生病的治疗作用，为今后治疗提供参考。方法三种不同磁场共治疗１４０侧例，交变磁组３２侧例，脉动磁组３８侧例，两组磁感应强度均为１２００ＧＳ，每次作用２０分钟。静磁组７０侧例，磁感应强度每片２０００ＧＳ，２～４片为一治疗组，间接敷磁法，２４小时配带。结果三种磁场的有效率１００％，治愈率６１４３％，治愈率经χ２＝１３２２，Ｐ＜００５，交变磁组与脉动磁组比较（χ２＝３６８，Ｐ＜００５），交变磁组与静磁组比较（χ２＝１０１８，Ｐ＜００１）。结论磁场对乳腺增生病有较好的治疗作用，静磁场疗效最为显著，方法简便，实用性强，易推广。
Objective Observed the different magnetic field effects on treatment of mammary hyperplasia. Methods Three kind of magnetic field were used to treat 140 cases with mammary hyperplasia and divided the patients into three groups, the first group was alternative magnetic field group treated 32 cases.The second group was impulsing magnetic field group treated 38 cases, both groups inductive intensity were 1200GS,twenty minutes one treatment time.The third group was static magnetic field group.With 70 cases the inductive intensity of one magnetic piece was 2000GS.2～4 pieces one treatment group patients must twenty-four hours use them. Results After treatment the result showed that the efficent rate of the three kinds of the magnetic field was 100%.Gured rate was 61.43%,analysed the results with χ 2 and compared them with each other(χ 2=13.22,P<0.05) compared altemative magnetic field group with impulsing magnetic field group (χ 2=3.68,P<0.05)compared alternative magnetic field group with static magnetic field group(χ 2=10.18,P<0.01). Conclusions It is suggested that the magnetic field treatments to mammary hyperplasia is very effective,static magnetic field is more effective and the method is very handly.
