基质金属蛋白酶在正畸源性牙根吸收中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是细胞外基质降解的关键酶,参与正畸源性牙根吸收过程。近几年来,对基质金属蛋白酶在牙根吸收过程中的研究逐渐增加。但是酶的确切来源,在牙根吸收中的具体作用,以及它们的调节因素等方面还有许多不了解之处,有待于今后的进一步的研究。本文对正畸源性牙根吸收过程与基质金属蛋白酶的研究结果进行综述。
