摘要
探索了利用碱浸提和酶法去蛋白从淡水鱼鳞中提取糖缀合物的技术,对提取物初步分析后,进行体外抗氧化活性研究。结果表明:鱼鳞糖缀合物对DPPH·、O2·-、·OH有较强的清除能力,同时也有较好的还原能力和抗脂质过氧化能力,且与其浓度成正相关。
Complexes of Polysaccharide were of extensive physiological function and was widely used for the purpose of antivirus, anticoagulation, antiulcer, antiinfection reseach. In this paper, the complexes of polysaccharide which is in fish scale was extracted by NaOH liquor.The research of antioxidatnt activity showed that it can scavenge DPPH·O2·^-·OH well, and have high reducing capacity and inhibition lipidperoxidation capacity.
