体外降解过程中编织结构周围神经再生导管的径向压缩性能对比

摘要 进行PLGA编织结构周围神经再生导管在体外降解过程中的径向压缩性能对比,分析其过程中导管内径、涂层等工艺参数对于径向压缩性能(包括压缩力、压缩力损耗和弹性回复率)的影响.结果确认,涂层处理使其压缩性能优于未经涂层的导管.而对于内径不同的导管,内径越大,弹性回复率就越好,但压缩力变差. The contrast of radial compressive property of several kinds of braiding conduits during vivo degradation is discussed. The influence of parameters such as inner diameter and means of coating on radial compressive property, including compressive strength, loss rate of compressive strength and tensile recovery; is analysed. It is concluded that the compressive property of coating conduits is better than uncoating ones. And for conduits of different inner diameters,the bigger ones have better tensile recovery but worse compressive property.
