摘要
本文首先指出了高职院校就业工作存在的普遍问题,接着从职业生涯规划对于高职院校就业工作的重要意义出发,从三个方面探讨了以职业生涯规划促进就业指导工作的具体路径。
The article states the existing problems of the employment guidance in higher vocational colleges. Moreover, from the perspective of the significance of career planning in the employment guidance for high vocational colleges, the article discusses the detailed approaches of career planning promoting employment guidance in three aspects.
