摘要
目前我国高等职业教育从规模发展转到了内涵建设,高职院校的干部队伍该如何适应这个新转变呢。这是摆在高职院校面前的紧迫任务。笔者在总结进行干部队伍建设经验的基础上,提出建设高素质干部队伍的"四化"途径。即做到"五政"教育经常化、能力建设最强化、班子建设最优化、日常管理规范化。
At present, the trend of higher vocational education has shifted from the expansion in scale to the connotation construction. How do the cadres of the higher vocational colleges adapt themselves to the changes？ It is also an urgent and vital task for higher vocational colleges. On the basis of summarizing the experiences of the cadres＇construction, the author formulates the four approaches in cadres＇ construction with high quality, which are regular education in politics, reinforcing construction in capabilities, optimizing cadres＇ construction and standardizing daily management.
