摘要
小孢子发育阶段低温(12、15、16℃)处理4~7d可以明显地延迟合江19、龙粳1号水稻的抽穗,开花及成熟期,增加叶片及穗中的可溶性糖含量,降低小穗的结实率。在低温条件下。
A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of cool temperature at young microspore stage on the fertility of spikelets in rice. Results showed that cool temperature (12℃, 15℃, 16℃) treatment for 4 ̄7 days delayed the heading, flowering and ripenning stages of Hejiang No.19 and Longing No.1 significantly, increased the soluble sugar content in leaves and ears and greatly decreased the seed setting percentage of spikelets. The seed setting percentage of spikelets on primary branches was similar to that of spikelets on second branches under the conditions of low temperature.
