摘要
目的观察普米克令舒雾化吸入应用于声带息肉术后疗效。方法对72例患者随机分为三组,在综合治疗的基础上,第一组(30例)应用普米克令舒雾化吸入,1mg/次,2次/天×6天;第二组(22例)应用强的松龙雾化吸入,25mg/次,2次/天×6天;第三组(20例)静脉滴注地塞米松,10mg/天×3天,5mg/天×3天。对治疗后声带充血水肿改善情况进行比较。结果第一组在6天后声带充血水肿改善情况与另两组之间有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入应用于声带息肉术后有效改善声带充血水肿,缓解患者声嘶,方法简单安全,避免全身使用激素的不良反应。
Objective To obersere the effection of Budinaide after polyp of vocal cord operation. Methods The 72 patients were divided into three groups. The first group （30 cases） use Budinaide gas exchage. The second group （22 cases） use Prednisolone gas exchage. The third group （20 cases） intravenous drip Prednisolone. Results The vocal hyperemia and edema were more less in first group（6 days later P〈0.01）. Conclusions Budinaide gas exchage have better effection in treating hyperemia and edema after polyp of vocal cord operation.
