足迹分析法评定超短波促进大鼠坐骨神经损伤后功能恢复的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨超短波照射促进周围神经损伤后的功能恢复作用。方法:60只成年雌性SD大鼠制成右坐骨神经钳夹伤模型,随机分为超短波治疗组和对照组,进行足印分析。结果:超短波治疗组SFI指数在术后2周时即出现明显升高;对照组SFI指数则在术后4周时才开始升高;在2、4、8周各时间点上,治疗组SFI指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超短波能促进神经损伤后的功能恢复。 Objective: To explore the effect of ultra short wave on nerve recovery after lesion. Methods: The right sciatic nerve crush models were established in 60 adult female SD rats. 30 of them were irradiated by ultra short wave and the other 30 not.Then tract analysis was carried out. Results: SF! of ultra short wave irradiation group rose obviously 2 weeks postop. SFI of control group began to rise 4 weeks postop. SFIs of ultra short wave irradiation groups were significantly higher than that of control group in 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks postop(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ultra short wave may promote nerve regeneration.
