摘要
超音速分离器(3S)是分离油气田天然气中的水分和NGL组分的一种新型高效设备。3S与传统的油气田脱水脱烃设备相比,具有工艺设备简单、高效、节能、环保、运转安全性和可靠性高、经济效益显著等诸多优点,是天然气脱水脱烃技术的一项重大突破。文章介绍了3S的研发概况、工作原理、分离天然气水分和NGL组分方面的优势,以及分离气层天然气中水分和油田伴生气中NGL组分的典型工艺流程和示例。
The supersonic separator (3S) is a new and high efficiency equipment for separating the moisture and NGL components from natural gas. Contrasting with the traditional equipment, 3S has the advantages such as simple processing, higher efficiency, saving energy, protecting environment and so on, is an important breakthrough technique for dehydration and hydrocarbon separation from natural gas. This paper introduces the summary , the operating principle, and the advantages, as well as introduces the type technological process and the example that uses 3S to separate the moisture and the NGL components from the natural gas.
