摘要
目的测试健康人四个游离皮瓣供区的皮肤感觉,并比较不同年龄组及不同皮瓣供区感觉是否存在差异。方法Semmes-Weinstein单丝试验测定60个健康人四个游离皮瓣供区的皮肤感觉。结果上臂外侧皮瓣供区感觉功能最好,其次为桡侧前臂皮瓣供区、大腿前外侧皮瓣供区和腹直肌皮瓣供区;随着年龄的增长,各皮瓣供区感觉功能逐渐减弱。结论四个皮瓣供区表面感觉存在差异而且有增龄性变化。
Objective To determine the normal values for cutaneous sensation of four free flap donor sites and to critically assess difference of sensory values for different age groups. Methods Sensation was determined in four donor sites in 60 random subjects using Semmes - Weinstein monofilament pressure. Results The lateral arm flap donor site is the most sensitive area, followed by the radial forearm donor site, the rectus abdominis flap donor site, the anterolateral thigh flap donor site. Older subjects showed significantly decreased sensation at all four donor sites. Conclusion In healthy subjects, there are differences in sensation and age- related changes of sensation of the four donor sites.
