摘要
目的研制一种能快速检测龋活性的刃天青成品药片,预测龋活跃性与幼儿乳牙龋蚀状况的相关性,为幼儿龋病预防工作提供一种成品化的预测方法。方法用研制的检测龋病活跃性的刃天青药片,和日本R.Dtest成品药片对照,分别检测大连市1019名4-6岁幼儿口腔情况并观察其纸片变色程度与龋失补牙数(dmft)的关系,评价与龋失补牙数(dmft)的相关性。结果本试验研制的刃天青药片变色程度与龋失补牙数(dmft)呈正相关关系(r=0.441,P<0.01),与对照组(r=0.364,P<0.05)无显著性差异(P>0.5);灵敏度为91.39%,特异性为20.65%,阳性预测值70.84%。结论本试验所研制的刃天青药片,灵敏度,准确率高,与日本R.Dtest成品药片相一致,可反映受试者的患龋现状。
Objective To test the self- made resazurin disc in prediction of caries activity. Methods Saliva samples were collected from 1019 children aged 4- 6 years in Dalian city after examined oral cavity condition （dmft）. Caries activity was tested with the self- made resazurin disc and the R. D test disc （Showa CO. Ltd, Japan）. Results The self - made resazurin disc showed that discoloration degree was positively related with oral caries incidence （ r = 0. 441, P 〈 0.01）, The sensibility and speeifieity is 91.39 % and 20.65 %, respeetively. The positive predictive value is 70.84 %. The self- made resazurin disc showed no inferior to the R. D test disc in test of caries activity （r = 0. 364, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The self-made resazurin disc could be used in test of caries activity,
