摘要
对白僵菌产品的毒力生物测定结果表明:玉米螟、大蜡螟、柞蚕、黄粉虫、小菜蛾、棉龄虫对球孢白僵菌产品不敏感,感染期长,部分供测昆虫在感染期化蛹,结果无法统计。致乏库蚊和白蚊伊蚊对白僵菌敏感,白蚊伊蚊的LC50值分别为8.83、7.06、8.8mg/ml,致乏库蚊的LC50分别为20、29、31mg/ml,白蚊伊蚊LC50的变异系数小于0.2,致乏库蚊的LC50的变异系数大于0.2。
The insects Ostrinia rubililalis( Hubner), Tenebrio molitor L., Anthereaea pernyi Gnerin Meneville, Galleria mellonella , Plutella maculipennis Curtis, Heliothis armigera Butler, Aedes albopictus Skuse and Culex fatigaus Wiedemann were tested for the bioassay of products of the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana. The results showed that A.albopictus and C. fatigaus were sensitive to the fungus products, other insects were tolerant to the fungus products.The LC 50 of A.albupictus to the fungus powder was 8.83,7.06 and 8.8mg/ml respectively.The LC 50 of C.fatigaus to the fungus powder was 20,29,31mg/ml respectively.The CV of the LC 50 of A.albopictus was less than 0.2, and that of C. fatigaus was more than 0.2.The larva of A. albopictus is suitable to be the index insect of the fungus products for bioassay.
