摘要
维修资金的收取和使用一直是业主维权的热点问题,目前关于维修资金的管理各地存在着多种做法。针对目前我国物业维修资金的现状,提出了一套由政府、业主委员会、物业公司、银行、业主、中介机构等多方主体共同参与的维修资金管理模式,该模式增强了各方的相互制约,有利于加强对维修资金的监督和管理。
The Mangement of Reserve Fund has been a problem in property management. There are many practice everywhere. This thesis reviews the existing situation about the Reserve Fund, and then designs a new pattern for Reserve Fund Management. In this pattern, government, Owner Committeee, property management company, bank ,owner and so on are introduced into the supervision and management of Reserve Fund.
