摘要
首先,对制度、制度的功能与制度创新作了解释。然后,应用经济计量模型,以改革开放来中国经济发展的历史数据为例,在传统的资本因素和劳动力因素的基础上,增加了制度因素和产业结构因素来考察中国的经济增长,得出结论:制度是影响经济发展的重要因素。
This paper explains institution, institutional function and institutional innovation at first. Then it applies econometric model with the historical data of economic growth of China after its opening up .The article adds the factors of institution and industrial structure to analyze the economic growth of China on the basis of traditional factors of capital and labor power. It concludes that institution is the important factor what affects economic development.
