摘要
企业金融工程为企业筹资与定价管理、投资与收益管理、风险管理与财务控制、工具与财务创新以及企业战略目标实现提供了创新性工具、手段和思想,对于企业在财务管理、人力资源管理、产品(投资)价值实现和战略管理等功能日益产生着变革性影响。以此出发点,将金融工程理论体系和企业管理功能实现有机结合,构建了企业金融工程管理课程的体系框架,提出了该课程核心内容的一些设想。
The corporate management basing on financial project can provide the tool,the method and the thought for the enterprise pricing management,the investment and the income management,the risk management and the financial control ,the tool and the financial innovation as well as the enterprise strategic target realization. The corporate management basing on financial engineer can foster the enterprise in the financial control,the human resources management,the product （investment）function realization and strategic management. So we can apply the financial project theory into the business management function realization and construct curriculum system frame of the corporate finance project management.
