摘要
经济资本体系是工业化国家股份制商业银行普遍采用的管理工具,并逐步发展为现代银行的标准管理手段和系统。经济资本最主要的功能概括起来就是:防范风险和创造价值。文中主要就经济资本在风险管理和价值管理中的应用展开分析,介绍其内涵及在我国现行金融体系下的可行性,用经济资本提升商业银行管理水平,已成为中国加入WTO后的迫切要求。
Economic capital system is a generally use management tool in joint-stock commercial banks of industrialized countries which gradually evolving standard of management tool and system for modern banking .Economic capital＇s dominant function summarize as follows： risk prevention and the creation of value.This article is major in risk management and value managementon economic capital application,analysis its content and the feasibility of China＇s existing financial system,raising the level of the management of commercial banks by economic capital, it has become an urgent requirement after China＇s accession to the WTO.
