摘要
为了进行压电陶瓷材料发电性能测试与研究,设计并制作了一套压电陶瓷发电能力的测试系统。根据压电陶瓷发电性能指标以及影响因素,设计了采用霍尔位移传感器和电荷放大器对压电陶瓷振幅和电荷量进行测量的系统。设计制作了数据采集软件,可以对测试数据进行处理和显示。该测试系统为研究压电陶瓷尺寸参数、外界激励的频率和振幅对压电陶瓷发电能力的影响提供了测试分析平台。
In order to measure and study the electricity generating performance of the piezoelectric ceramics(PEC), a measuring system for the electricity generating capacity of the PEC was developed. According to the indexes of the electricity generating performance and their affecting factors, a system with a Hall displacement transducer and a charge amplifier to measure the vibration amplitude of the PEC and the quantity of electric charge was developed. A data acquisition software was compiled to process and display the measured data. The developed system provides atest analysis platform for the study of the effects of the size parameters of the PEC and the frequency and the amplitude of the external excitation on the electricity generating capacity of the PEC.
