摘要
文中论述了顾客让渡价值的概念及其对顾客忠诚的意义,并探讨了从顾客让渡价值角度提高顾客忠诚度的可行性。最后从增加总顾客价值和减少总顾客成本两个方面,给出了提高顾客让渡价值从而提高顾客忠诚度的措施,以及在顾客让渡价值实际应用中需要注意的问题。
This paper discusses the concept and significance to customer loyalty of customer delivered value, and study feasibility of improving customer loyalty by improving customer delivered value, In the end, this paper put forward some measures to improve customer loyalty by improving customer delivered value and some problems during actual application process.
